1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on yyyph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱25. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location and account status.
• Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your yyyph account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant institution.
• yyyph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been formally approved by yyyph.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• yyyph aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing schedule.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. yyyph cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be void and forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the yyyph platform — including but not limited to the yyyph brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yyyph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yyyph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the yyyph platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any yyyph software or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

Termination by You: You may request the closure of your yyyph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Termination by yyyph: yyyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account with or without prior notice in the event of:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the yyyph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
